■ Easy natural homemade skin care beauty remedies you can make it at home.
▪ Let's get started.
▪ BATH
▪Apple Tart Soap.
▪clearly, unscented gliscrine soap.
▪1 teaspoon liquid gliscrine.
▪2 Drops red food color.
▪1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon.
▪ Aspen dreams bath salt, relaxing in tub.
I enjoy this after a long day at work.
It is very good after a hard working day.
Love it as well as men do.
▪2 cups of salt.
▪2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Essential oils.
▪ Mix the salt and baking soda in a bowl very well.
▪mix the oils in a small cup, take and pour them evenly over the salt.
▪mix the two very well.
▪let sit in an hour before placing in the jar and sealing.
▪Balancing bath salt
▪ salt 3 tbsp
▪ Baking soda 3 tbsp
▪essential oils 3 tbsp
Use 3 different oils.
ADD THESE INGREDIENTS TO THE JAR AND MIX IT WELL.
Gently shake the jar to mix it well.
ADD TO A TUB OF RUNNING WATER.
■ BASIC BUBBLE BATH.
▪ 5 drops of fragrant oil or Essential oils of ( your choice)
▪water.
▪ Soap
▪1/2 gliscrine.
▪Directions
▪mix all ingredients together. Store in a container. Pour in a running water.
▪Basil and lime bath salts.
▪ you will need:
▪ salt.
▪ 1 tbsp of baking soda.
▪2 tbsp of Almond oil.
▪ 5 drops lime scented oil.
▪ 4 drops Basil oils.
▪ all you have to do is salt and baking powder in a bowl.
BUBBLE BAGS
Used in a shower, when thier is no time to take a soaking bath.
▪2 parts Oatmeal.
▪2 parts dried herb.
▪1 part grated soap.
▪ Place ingredients in a cloth bag and use as a washcloth.
CHOCOLATE SOAP
▪ grated soap
▪ water
▪ 1/4 cups of instant cocoa powder.
▪1/8 chocolate fragrance oil.
▪combine the ingredients and set them on a medium heat.
▪when the soap has melted, add the cocoa powder and chocolate fragrance oil.
▪Stir well, then pack into molds and let sit until hardened.
CITRUS YUM
You will need:
▪1/2 lb transparent MP base.
▪ 1/2 coconut oil.
▪3 drops lemon oil.
▪ 3 drops grapefruit oil.
▪ 3 drops Orange oil.
▪ Fruit wedges mold.
▪ Orange yellow colorant.
Melt the MP base and coconut oil, remove from heat and mix well.
ADD ESSENTIAL OILS AND MIX IT WELL.
Pour into molds, when i want to do each correct color and flavoring for each fruit wedge,i use plastic leftover.
