Moving on to my topic that is
Self Acceptance is the true key to happiness...
I will try to tell you facts that are still happening in our society.
And i am the person who had my own experience of it, and gone through these stuffs that i feel is very irrelevant according to me.

■ Because no one has the right to put, Anybody else down, bhai tum mai woh kami hai ,toh kisi aur mai koi aur kami hogi woh bas chupa lega , aur aage wale ko nicha dikhayega jo kamzor hai, jo zyada express nahi kar sakta ki usse hurt horaha hai.

▪it is very shameful to put other person at that point that he/she feel helpless, insulted, embarrassed.
▪every one has one weak point, they will hide from you and make fun of the people, they feel they are not part of them, we are all equal.
▪what will happen if you will call other people ugly, body shaming them, saying that oh our brother is coming, oye moti, Fat girl/boy, oh he/she has lots of hair in thier body.
▪Your relatives will say he/she is fat no one will marry her/him.
▪the problem is, if we didn't have stand for ourselves, no one can help us.
▪first of all you have to know that you are beautiful just the way you are.
▪look in the mirror and say so what I'm fat, dark, short, thin, i feel good about myself just the way I'm.
▪how you will be happy, if you will listen to all those people and change your self from outside.
▪you can shave your legs, do eyebrows, makeup, wear cool cloths, changing yourself doesn't mean you have to change from outside.
▪by doing that Are you still not happy, it is because you have not excepted who you are, what is your real personality, from outside you must be changed, yet from inside you are the same.
▪have groomed yourself for other people should exept you?
Or for your own appearance, so you should remember
▪Do it for self, and not for the other people.
▪if you are confident enough, exept, okey yeah brother, this is me, it is my personality, and i am happy just the way i am.
▪if you want to change, change for your better, if you feel that I'm over weight, and i want to loose my weight. I am using this App ( female fitness - women workout)
For Men it will be a different App, you just have to go to Play store And install the App
It is very important to stay fit these days, anything can happen to you if you are not aware just an advise, your choice you want to follow or not, motive is to tell you, i do this as a morning cardio because i left no choice gym is closed, better to keep going, Do it at home.
My Daily work out report till now
See I'm not lying, I'm being doing gym, since a way back like when i was in a child, then again a drop, again after intermediate, again drop, so do not keep dropping the exercise routine, you have to continue at any how.
So that it should work.
▪you are only the one who will work on it, do it , because if you are healthy, you will be happy, I'm still on that path.
▪i do fitness thing for fun, zumba, cardio, yoga alternately.
Zumba (App is also available) who did not want to do gym.
▪it will work if you are consistence, because consistency is the key for success.
▪if you have to stay fit , then you have to exercise.
▪if you have to do blogging, you have to do it by your own self, do your research, start doing it, you will learn things by your own self.
▪learn Digital marketing it will help you for whatever job your want, for business development, i will advise you this is the best solution for working at home.
